In this video we will share with you guys how you can fix the problem of reacting on messages in Instagram
Let me show you guys how ,
step 1 ;
• Go to play store
• search Instagram
• if your Instagram is not update then please update your Instagram
• Then go to Instagram app info
• Then click on storage and cache
• and then click on clear cache
• then go back and click on permissions
• then permit all the options which are showing
• After doing all this restart your phone
• and then go to your Instagram
• go to any massage and try to react hope you can
if you can't do it after all those
here is a another way
step 2 :
• Go to your Instagram profile
• click on 3 dots on the up of right corner
• go to settings click on help option
• and click on report a problem
• down you will find a option call shake your phone to report a problem shake and click on the blue icon
• have to click a picture of that you can't react on messages
• attach the picture on report
• you can write a report as you can but also let me show you guys a example ; my react option is not showing on Instagram messages you would be kind enough by giving me this option
• click on next
• then click on sent report
it will to 3 to 5 days from Instagram server side
after all this I hope your problem will be solved
