1. Jaw Exercises name is Up And Down Nods

To do these exercises, you have to keep your whole body calm, take a chair, then sit on that chair, take your head down and keep it for 5 seconds, after doing this, then take your head up and keep it for 5 seconds righ. 
 In this way do this exercise up and down for 60 seconds.

2. Jaw Exercises are Chin Tucks

These exercises are just like the previous one, you have to keep your whole body calm, keep your Chin forward for 5 seconds, then bring your Chin back to its previous position for 5 seconds. Do this for 60 seconds.

3. Jaw Exercises are Upward Chewing


You have to lift your head and then do Upward Chewing like this picture for exactly 60 seconds.

eep your whole body still, and bring the tongue forward, then back again.

Do this for 60 seconds.

5. Jaw Exercises are open mouth wide

You will open your mouth wide, as in this picture.

 Do this for up to 60 seconds.


6. Jaw Exercises are Tilt your head Left and right

This exercise  Hold your head left and right for up to 60 seconds.


7. Jaw Exercises are the tongue outward

Keeping your entire body still and pushing the tongue out, just like the picture above, hold for 60 seconds.
